Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Speak With Substance. By using the app or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.
Educational service
Speak With Substance provides self-guided communication education and practice. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, employment, or other professional advice, and results vary by participant.
Membership and billing
Paid memberships unlock the features described on the checkout page. Founding Voices is an annually renewing subscription billed at the displayed annual price. The founding annual rate remains available while that subscription remains continuously active. If it is canceled or lapses, a later subscription may be offered at the then-current price.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; access generally continues through the paid subscription period.
Refunds
If you believe a charge was made in error or experience an access problem, contact us promptly. Refund requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to applicable law and Stripe’s payment processing requirements.
Early-access features
The service is under active development. Lessons, guides, features, appearance, and availability may change as the experience improves. We may correct errors, protect the service, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the service for personal learning. You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service or its lessons, characters, voices, graphics, and branding. All associated content remains the property of Amazing You Always or its licensors.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome. Amazing You Always is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
