Information we collect
The current early-access app stores lesson progress, selected guide, XP, and saved phrases locally in your browser. This information remains on your device unless you clear your browser data. When you purchase a membership, Stripe collects the contact, payment, and transaction information needed to process and manage your subscription.
How information is used
- To provide lessons and remember progress on your device.
- To process purchases, provide receipts, and manage membership support.
- To respond to questions and important service requests.
- To protect the service and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
Payment information is processed by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy practices; we do not receive or store your full card number. Approved voice and avatar media may be delivered through our technology providers. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the service.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Transaction and support records are retained only as reasonably necessary for membership administration, legal compliance, accounting, and dispute resolution.
Your choices
You may clear locally stored app progress through your browser settings. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to legal and accounting requirements.
